"Ottoman Inspired"

Just like the metropolis of Istanbul itself, the city of contrasts between tradition and modernity, the Spring/Summer 2013 collection will contain traditional patterns and elements juxtaposed with modern designs. Elaborate embroidery and bright colors give the designs a special appeal without making them appear over the top. There is a general theme with variations based on the color white, which continuously creates empty spaces for Frida Weyer's characteristic lightness. FRIDA WEYER's now legendary cocktail and evening dresses have thus been given a completely new twist.

Die Frühjahr/Sommer 2013 Kollektion von FRIDA WEYER ist inspiriert von der osmanischen Kultur. Wie die Metropole Istanbul, der Stadt der Gegensätze zwischen Tradition und Moderne, werden auch in der Frühjahr/Sommer Kollektion 2013 traditionelle Muster und Elemente mit modernen Schnitten kontrastiert. Aufwändige Stickereien und leuchtende Farben verleihen den Entwürfen den besonderen Appeal ohne überladen zu wirken. Die Farbe Weiß bildet eine Art Thema in Variationen und schafft somit immer wieder Leerstellen für die Frida Weyer eigene Leichtigkeit. Die mittlerweile legendären FRIDA WEYER Cocktail- und Abendkleider zeigen sich erneut in völlig neuem Twist.
